And, the majority of those who volunteered jumped before they were pushed. The American President at his election campaign in Boston declared on October 30: ‘I have said this before, but I shall say it again and again and again: Your boys are not going to be sent into any foreign wars.’ Hollow words for the president were part of a conspiracy to further tighten sanctions of Japan.
